This Fresh Blueberry Mojito recipe is a refreshing cocktail that is full of flavor! Featuring fresh blueberries muddled with sugar, mint, and lime juice, this is a drink you'll reach for time and time again.
Don't you just love a good fruity cocktail at the height of summer? Fruit is at its peak freshness and a cold drink is the perfect patio companion when the weather is balmy.
I realized the other day that I've featured cocktails with strawberries (Strawberry Basil Vodka Cocktail and Strawberry Lemon Punch), blackberries (Blackberry Rum Cocktail- The Raven), grapefruit (Fresh Grapefruit and Mint Cocktail), cherries (Whiskey Soaked Cherries and an Old Fashion), pineapple, and mango (Mango Pineapple Margarita with Passion Fruit Syrup)... but no cocktails with blueberries!
That's about to change with this sweet and refreshing Blueberry Mojito recipe. I've been really into Blueberry Mojitos lately — they're such an easy go-to summer cocktail recipe.
We have been entertaining a ton lately (we love it!) and I keep finding myself whipping up Blueberry Mojitos for all of our guests. (Except for one who didn't like blueberries — I made her the Strawberry Basil Vodka Cocktail I mentioned above, and she was happy!)
