Tart and Fresh Grapefruit and Mint Cocktails

While we were in Austin in June, we drank our fair share of grapefruit cocktails. It has no become our Friday night tradition! We have also acquired an obsession with Tito's Vodka.

    Fresh Grapefruit and Mint Cocktails

The cocktail is slightly tart, yet a tad sweet due to the simple syrup. With the added mint leaves, it is extremely refreshing and great for a hot summer day.

But be careful, these go down very easily or have your aspirin bottle ready!! These are also great in non-alcoholic form!

If you wanted to make this up in "batch" form...about how many ounces of vodka would you add to this recipe?

So my ratio is 1/3 alcohol to 2/3 juice, and I just base it off of the container I am making it in. Hope this helps!

For a cocktail just eliminate the vodka. It is delicious either way!
