    Substitutions and Additions

    • Change up the chocolate- if snickers minis aren't your thing, replace them with milky ways, kit kat, or make just plain chewy cookies.
    • Add more chocolate- Add some mini milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, etc to your dough for extra deliciousness.
    • Add crunch- If you love crunchy peanut butter cookies, swap out the creamy pb for crunchy peanut butter.
    • Use a Peanut Butter Cookie Mix- Sometimes homemade cookies just aren't in the cards so feel free to use a peanut butter mixture.
    • Make them extra large! Use a cookie scoop to scoop out a ball of dough. Gently press the dough ball down in the palm of your hand. Top with candy bar chunk and additional dough ball. Roll and shape dough into a ball and place on a cookie sheet about 4 inches away from each other. Add about 2 minutes longer onto the baking time.

Snickers Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies FAQs

Can I make Peanut Butter Cookies Ahead of Time?

Yes, peanut butter cookie dough can be made and frozen up to 2 weeks before baking. Simply roll out the balls and freeze on a single large cookie sheet. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer bag. When ready to bake, remove from freezer and defrost in a single layer. Stuff with candy right before you are ready to bake.

You can also make these cookies up to 2 days ahead of time. Simply store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to serve.
