Ingredients

• ½ cup unsalted butter softened
• ½ cup light brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg large
• 1 cup flour
• 3 oz package strawberry cream instant pudding mix
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. In a large bowl, beat together butter with both kinds of sugar.

4. Add in vanilla and egg, and beat until combined.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda.
6. Add dry ingredients to wet, and mix until just combined.
7. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold in the chips.
8. Scoop into 1 inch mounds and bake for 10-11 minutes.
9. Allow to cool on pan for 60 seconds before moving to a cooling rack.
