Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert that combines lady fingers, espresso and mascarpone into one delicious dessert. It is layered in a baking dish and allowed to chill in the fridge. This cake version is baked and then covered in a chocolate ganache. Both desserts are amazing and have similar flavors.

Extra Tips for Making Tiramisu Bundt Cake

    • If you are having problems with your Bundt cake sticking to the pan, soften about a tablespoon of butter, combine it with a spoonful of flour, and spread it evenly throughout the pan. This will help the cake pop right out once it is done baking.
    • You can substitute the chocolate chips for ⅓ cup cocoa powder if you don’t want any chocolate chips in the cake.
    • Other ganache flavors that go well with this cake include dark chocolate sea salt, caramel, cream cheese, etc.

How to Grease a Bundt Pan

There are a few ways that you can grease your bundt pan to ensure your cake doesn’t stick. Start by adding a fat to the pan, such as oil, butter or baking spray. Make sure to get into all of the crevices. Then use cocoa powder to cover the oil or butter that you just used. Tap out any excess before you pour in the batter.

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert made with coffee, ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and whipped cream. This bundt cake version incorporates some of these elements and has a great tiramisu inspired flavor.
