With this Holiday Coffee Bar, you can sit around your kitchen table and reminisce about all of your favorite Holiday memories with friends and family!
We entertain quite a bit during the holidays. The calls start coming in early November from friends and family that want to come bake with us. Since we bake quite a bit for the blog as well as for the family, we always seem to have someone over. In an effort to be a good hostess, I always like to have the components of a beautiful coffee bar on hand.

The first and most important thing to have on hand is good coffee. After working at a well-known coffee shop in my late teens, I get giddy every year when Starbucks® releases their Starbucks® Holiday Blend 28 oz ground coffee. It is my favorite brew, and I always stock up on it and the Lindt Chocolate Assorted Lindor Truffle Bag - 19 oz bags when they sell them at Sam's Club. The blend is made of aged Sumatran beans, which add a depth and mellowness to fine Latin American and Asia/Pacific coffees. It literally makes me just want to turn on the fireplace and get in the spirit. Folks, the Starbucks® Holiday Blend is here!
While I love my coffee black or just with a bit of creamer, I like to get fancy when guests are over. I often offer them a Mocha Cafe Latte, which sounds difficult to make, but is really quite easy. While brewing the coffee, I make the milk foam. I simply place the milk in a jar, close the lid tightly, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. I then microwave the milk for 30 seconds and voila, homemade foam.
I then add the coffee to the cup and add a Lindt Lindor Truffle. The rich taste of Lindt Lindor Truffles gives the coffee the creamiest, chocolatiest texture and, brings out the sweet maple flavor of Starbucks® Holiday blend. Add a bit of warm milk and top with the froth, some whipped cream and a shake of cocoa powder and you have a delicious homemade Mocha Cafe Latte!
When setting up my holiday coffee bar, I like to have a little fun. I always have mini marshmallows, some sort of peppermint, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, etc. It's amazing how creative people get with all the additions! Add some bows and mini holiday ornaments for decorations and you have the cutest little set up that your friends will think you spent hours coming up with!
So the next time you are out and about, stock up on the Holiday Coffee Bar ingredients and get ready to entertain!
