Ingredients:

Coho Salmon

garlic

tomato

jalapeno or fresno pepper

avocado

cumin

cilantro

orange

Salt and pepper

limes

Soak – Add the salmon cubes, part of the orange juice and lime juice, to a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge.

Drain – Drain the juices from the salmon.
