It is rich, flavorful, and almost exotic. Pair it with a bit of champagne and you have the perfect romantic dessert for Valentine’s Day.


fresh grapes

olive oil

grape juice

sea salt

light corn syrup


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil.


Rinse and stem grapes. Toss with oil and sea salt.


Roast grapes for about 12-14 minutes or until the skins begin to pop. Allow to cool.


In a small pan, combine grape juice, sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat stirring until sugar has dissolved.


Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. If storing, separate layers of wreaths with parchment paper or wax paper.
