RASPBERRY CREAM  CHEESE BARS 

A buttery shortbread crust,  tangy cream cheese center  and sweet fresh raspberries,  make these Raspberry Cream  Cheese Bars irresistible!

INGREDIENTS

Shortbread Layer- – Unsalted butter room temperature – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Egg yolk – Flour – Milk or cream Raspberry Layer- – Water – Cornstarch – Sugar – Raspberry Jell-O 1.4 ounce – Fresh raspberries Cream Cheese Layer- – Cream cheese – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Heavy cream

 In a small pan, combine water, sugar, and cornstarch on medium high heat. While whisking, bring to a simmer. Once simmering, add Jell-O, whisk to combine. .

Make and cool the crust, then spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Then add raspberries and raspberry sauce and refrigerate for one hour.
