EASY STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BARS 

These strawberry cheesecake bars will be the hit at your next summer picnic! Creamy, rich, and piled high with fresh glazed strawberries.

INGREDIENTS

– Shortbread Layer- – Unsalted butter room temperature – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Egg yolk – Flour – Milk or cream – StrawberrY Layer- – Water – Cornstarch – Sugar – Strawberry Jell-O 1.4 ounce – Fresh strawberries – Cream Cheese Layer- – Cream cheese – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Heavy cream

The combination of the cold sweet strawberries, silky cream cheese filling, and sweet shortbread crust is enough to make your taste buds go wild.

 In a small pan, combine water, sugar, and cornstarch on medium high heat. While whisking, bring to a simmer. Once simmering, add Jell-O, whisk to combine. .

Make and cool the crust, then spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Then add strawberries and glaze and refrigerate for one hour.
