RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE COOKIES

If you’re a fan of the raspberry cheesecake cookies from Subway, you will adore this recipe. Recreate those irresistibly soft cookies at home using a few pantry staples. With tangy raspberry pieces, rich white chocolate chips and a swirl of creamy cheesecake, some would say they taste even better than the original.

INGREDIENTS

– Unsalted butter – Granulated White Sugar – Light brown sugar – Vanilla extract – Large egg – All-purpose flour – Baking soda – Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mixture (dry)- We do not recommend sugar free – Salt – White chocolate chips – Freeze Dried raspberries

Make the base cookie dough recipe with cheesecake pudding in the dry ingredients.

Fold in the dehydrated strawberries and white chocolate chips.

Mix until combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, if desired.

Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
