Ingredients
For the cake:
  • 1 15.25 oz Box yellow cake mix
  • 2 3.4 oz Box Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 Large eggs room temperature
  • ¾ cup Water room temperature
  • ¾ cup Whole milk room temperature
  • ¾ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13" pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, together cake mix and pudding mixes until combined.
  3. Mix in eggs, water, milk, and oil until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Pour ½ of the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar.
  7. Pour the remaining batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
  11. You can make a simple glaze to drizzle over the cooled cake if desired. Simply combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over the cake with a spoon.

Storage – Cake should be stored, covered, at room temperature up to 3 days. Can also be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
