Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13" pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, together cake mix and pudding mixes until combined.

Mix in eggs, water, milk, and oil until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.

Pour ½ of the batter into the pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar.

Pour the remaining batter into the pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
