Creamy cheesecake loaded with golden oreos and topped with a chocolatey glaze and baked on a golden crisp cookie crust, these Golden Oreo Cheesecake Bars are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
Crust-
  • 12 Golden Oreos- Cream filling removed and finely crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter melted
Filling-
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Marshmallow fluff
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Golden Oreos- roughly chopped
Topping/Glaze- (optional)
  • ½ cup White chocolate chips melted
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
  • 6 Golden Oreos- chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Start by taking the Oreo cookie crumbs and mixing with the melted butter until well incorporated.
  3. Place the mixture into a prepared 8x8 baking dish.Distribute evenly and press down the mixture to compact it.

  4. Bake the crust for 5 minutes.
  5. Once done baking, take out and allow to cool while preparing the filling.
  6. Keep the oven at 350 degrees.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, place in the cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until creamy and smooth.

  8. Add in the marshmallow fluff and mix until well combined.
  9. Once mixed, add the vanilla extract and egg. Mix until well incorporated.

  10. Add in the chopped golden Oreos and fold into the filling.
  11. Pour the filling over the crust and evenly distribute it.
  12. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  13. Once the 15 minutes are up, without opening the door, turn the temperature down to 200 degrees and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until the center is set.
  14. Once the baking is complete, turn the oven off and allow the cheesecake to sit in the oven for 10 minutes.
  15. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack and allow to come to room temperature.
  16. Once the cheesecake is at room temperature, make the glaze.
  17. Add the milk and powdered sugar to the melted white chocolate.
  18. Mix until smooth.
  19. Pour over the cheesecake being sure its an even layer.
  20. Sprinkle the top with the 6 chopped Oreos.
  21. Wrap the cheesecake tightly with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  22. Once chilled, cut into 9 squares and serve cold.
Recipe Notes

It is crucial to follow the correct baking and cooling directions to prevent cracks in the cheesecake.

If the glaze appears clumpy when mixing, place in the microwave for 15-30 seconds and continue mixing.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
