Ingredients
Filling
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 cans RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Assembly
  • 2 pizza dough balls or canned rolls
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Mix all of the filling ingredients together in a bowl until completely combined.
  3. Divide dough into 2x2 inch pieces.
  4. Flatten each piece into a circle.
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture in the middle of each round.
  6. Pinch the balls closed and place on baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree. Brush with olive oil. 

  7. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. When finished and removed from the oven, once again brush olive oil over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  9. Serve with ranch dressing.
