A crunchy, cinnamon-y French Toast

  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunchâ„¢
  • 6 thick slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Place Cinnamon Toast Crunchâ„¢ in a large Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.
  2. Beat together egg, milk, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat a lightly buttered griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides then coat both sides in cereal crumbs.
  5. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.
