Apple Cake

This beautiful Apple Cake is simply bursting with the delicious flavors of fall and winter. Cinnamon, brown sugar and apples combine to give you all that classic apple pie taste, but in cake form!

This Apple Cake comes together so easily and since it uses basic pantry ingredients, it's perfect for entertaining a variety of guests during the upcoming holiday season.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan or tube pan.


Place apple slices into a large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and ⅓ cup of granulated sugar; toss to combine.


In the bowl of your mixer, combine remaining white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil. Beat until well combined, about 4 minutes.


Stir in the applesauce.


In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
