SALTED CARAMEL PEACH PIE

Indulge in the ultimate summer dessert with this Caramel Peach Pie recipe. Bursting with juicy peaches, cinnamon, and a delectable caramel sauce, this double-crust peach pie is a true crowd-pleaser.

INGREDIENTS

–– 1 package pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie or homemade pie crust. If you have the time, we always recommend a homemade crust! – Sliced and peeled fresh peaches- cut into 1-inch-thick wedges. Unsweetened frozen peaches will work too – Corn starch- This helps reduce the excess water that the peaches extract while baking – Granulated white sugar – Ground cinnamon – Rich caramel sauce homemade or store-bought- again homemade is soooo good and easy! – Large egg

In a large bowl, toss together the peaches, corn starch, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour peach mixture into the bottom crust.

Drizzle cooled caramel sauce over peach filling.

Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out remaining pie crust disc and cover the top of the pie. Trim excess dough and pinching the top and bottom crusts together to seal.

Brush top crust with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then bake!
