Preheat the oven to 400* and heat a saucepan over medium heat.

Shred the cheese then add to a medium mixing bowl and toss with corn starch, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Add to the saucepan and pour in the beer.

In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured wooden cutting board to ¼” thick. Cut into 3“ x 3“ squares.

Add a tablespoon of cheese into the center of each dough square. Gather the edges of the dough into the center over the cheese and pinch to seal.
