Avocado Turkey Sliders with Chipotle Dipping Sauce
A quick and easy appetizer or lunch fit for a crowd!

Ingredients
Sliders
  • 12 King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Slider Buns
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • ½ pound deli sliced oven roasted turkey
  • 10 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1 large avocado thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
Chipotle Dipping Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
To make the sliders
  1. Preheat oven to broil. Grease or line a 9x13 baking dish with foil.
  2. Place the bottoms of the King's Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns in the baking dish.

  3. Spread with mayonnaise and mustard then top with turkey meat, avocado slices, sliced onion, and provolone cheese.
  4. Top the sliders with the bun tops.

  5. Broil for 3-5 minutes, watching carefully, or until cheese is melty.
To make the chipotle dipping sauce
  1. Place all dipping sauce ingredients in a food processor, and process until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve sliders with a bowl of chipotle sauce for dipping.
