Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray small cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Unfold puff pastry.

Spread cranberry sauce in the center of the dough.

Place round of brie on top of the cranberry sauce.

Bring edges of the dough together to cover the brie, pinch edges together.

Combine lightly beaten egg and water in a small dish to create the egg wash.

Transfer pastry covered brie to cookie sheet and brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake brie until golden, about 30 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers, bread, and/ or apple slices.
