plus an additional bottle for serving

not apple juice

ginger ale

Make sure all of your ingredients are well chilled.

In a large pitcher or punch bowl, add sliced apples, pears, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.

Pour in Korbel California Champagne, cider, and ginger ale. Stir to combine.

Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 1 hour.

Serve with an additional bottle of Korbel, so that guests can top off their drinks and add a bit of "bubbly".
If preparing the day before the event, combine all ingredients (except Korbel) to the pitcher or bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Once ready to serve, stir in the Korbel California Champagne.
