Fig and Mascarpone Cracker Appetizers

  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 6 fresh figs
  • Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins
  • Honey
  • Mint leaves
  1. Beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and almond extract until smooth.
  2. Place in a piping bag and cut off the corner.
  3. Pipe a dollop of mascarpone into the center of each cracker.
  4. Slice figs and place slice on mascarpone.
  5. Insert a mint leaf and drizzle with honey.
  6. Serve immediately.
