Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken Pizza Dough Balls
  • 1 ½ cups cooked , shredded chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon buffalo sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • ¼ blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 stalk celery finely diced
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until completely combined.
For Pizza Balls:
  1. Divide dough into 2x2 inch pieces.
  2. Flatten each piece into a circle.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture in the middle of each round.
  4. Pinch the balls closed and place on a greased or lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  6. When finished and removed from the oven, brush olive oil over the top.
  7. Serve with ranch dressing.
