Almond Joy Granola
  • 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 1 cup butter melted or vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
Almond Joy Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl combine oats, almonds, and cocoa.
  3. Mix until combined. Mix together butter and honey, pour into oat mixture.
  4. Combine all ingredients until everything is wet.
  5. Pour into baking sheet and spread all over the pan.
  6. Bake for 35 min, stirring the granola gently every 12 minutes.
  7. When done remove from oven and allow to cool.
  8. Once cooled, mix in chocolate chips and shredded coconut.
  9. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
