Walnut Brownie Pie

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups softened cool whip
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • chocolate syrup for drizzle
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. With nonstick cooking spray, grease a 9in pie dish.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate chips in the microwave on high for 1 minutes.
  4. Remove and stir together.
  5. If the choc/butter mixture is not completely melted, put back in microwave for 30 sec.
  6. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add eggs and sugar to chocolate and whisk together. A
  8. dd the flour, salt and milk, and whisk together to mix.
  9. Pour into baking dish.
  10. Bake for 30 min.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Once cool, spread brownie with softened cool whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts.
  13. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  14. Remove and cut right before serving.
  15. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
