Author: Jackie
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary , finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray 2 cookie sheets with non stick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and rosemary.
  4. Add oil, garlic, and water and stir until a soft, sticky dough forms.
  5. Working with half of the dough at a time, roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to about an ⅛ inch thickness.
  6. Sprinkle dough with a bit of water then sprinkle your seasoning.
  7. Cut into small cracker sized rectangles and place on cookie sheet (they can be fairly close as they do not spread).
  8. Prick each cracker with a fork a few times.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Cool and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
