frozen peas

Cooked Rice for serving

In a large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat.

Add onions and garlic and cook until translucent.

Add ginger to the pan.

Add ground beef, breaking up lumps with a spoon.

Sprinkle all spices on the meat and gently turn to incorporate.

Cook meat until no longer pink.

Pour peas into pan and stir to combine. Continue to cook on medium low heat until peas are warm, about 5 minutes.

Serve over rice and sprinkle with cilantro.
