These Halloween Eyeball Jello Cups have only three simple ingredients and have eerie eyeballs that will have your party guests shivering with delight!

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Longan Fruit in syrup drained and rinsed
  • 6 ounces fresh Blueberries
  • 6 ounce Package Jello whatever flavor you prefer
  • ​Glass Beakers or plastic cups
Instructions
Prepare the Longan Fruit Eyeballs
  1. Drain the canned longan fruit and carefully remove the seeds from each one.
  2. Place a blueberry in the center of each longan fruit. The blueberry will act as the pupil, and the longan will be the eyeball.
Prepare the Jello
  1. Follow the instructions on the Jello package to make the Jello mixture. Use boiling water to dissolve the Jello powder and then let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Eyeball Jello Cups
  1. Carefully place each Longan eyeball into the bottom of a Jello cup.
  2. Pour the gelatin mixture into a large measuring cup and pour over the eyeballs, making sure they are fully submerged.
Chill and Set
  1. Refrigerate the Jello cups for a few hours, or until the Jello is fully set.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Once the Jello is set, you can serve your spooky Eyeball Jello Cups to your eagerly waiting guests.
