This Applesauce Oatmeal Bread is moist full of flavor. Made with store-bought or homemade applesauce, and a few other pantry staple ingredients, this bread will be a hit with the whole family.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line or grease 2 standard-sized loaf pans.

In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and oil.

Add applesauce, eggs, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.

Stir in flour, oats, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.

Divide batter into the two loaf pans and sprinkle with rolled oats.

Bake loaves for 40-45 minutes or until a knife is inserted in the center and comes out clean.

Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
If using sweetened applesauce, reduce the sugar to 1 cup.
To freeze loaf, wrap in foil then place in an airtight bag or container. Freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost for 1 hour before enjoying.
