A comforting fall meal that is delicious to eat and easy to make.
Put pork in the bowl with the brown sugar mixture, turning to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at 30 minutes or overnight.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and let it roast 20-25 minutes, occasionally stirring the apple and onion mixture and turning the pork.
Slice and serve the pork with the apples, onions and juices from the skillet. Goes well with rice, mashed or roasted potatoes.
