Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 1 pork butt (between 5-7 pounds)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup Coca Cola
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • Buns
  • Avocado
Instructions
  1. Combine all your spices in a bowl.
  2. Coat pork butt in spices and place in crock pot.
  3. Pour Coke over roast and cook on high heat for 6-8 hours.
  4. Remove roast from crock pot and shred.
  5. Mix in BBQ sauce.
  6. Serve on buns with avocado.
