Kalua Pork Sliders
These easy to make sliders are perfect for serving a crowd!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Rub salt then liquid smoke over meat.
  2. Place roast in a slow cooker.
  3. Cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Remove meat from slow cooker, and shred.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
  6. Add pork and sauté for 2 minutes while stirring.
  7. Add cabbage to pork and continue to cook until cabbage is tender, about 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
  8. To assemble the sandwiches, slice rolls in half, spread a bit of teriyaki sauce on the bread, top bottom bread with pulled pork, and garnish with a slice of pineapple and top bun.
  9. Serve sandwiches immediately.
  10. Pork can be made up to 2 days in advance or frozen for up to 2 months.
  11. Makes 12 servings.
