Have you ever noticed that at parties people seem to congregate in the kitchen? It is like the smell of the cooking food or the desire to watch their food being made allures them into the confined space. Or perhaps it is just me wicked personality that just draws people close to me. Ya, no. It's the food. Or, it is the fact that Life's good in the kitchen. Think about it. The kitchen is where many memories are made. The smell of mom's cookies baking after a long day at school. The hustle and bustle in the kitchen that always lead to a massive Thanksgiving feast, or your Italian Grandfather sauteing onions and garlic at 7 am on Sunday mornings so the pasta sauce would be ready after church. These were my memories growing up and I am sure many people have similar memories that began in the kitchen. The kitchen has and always will be the center of our home.
While kitchens aren't always clean and life's not perfect, "Life's Good" with LG and also fun along the way. Speaking of fun have you seen the new show, The Kitchen, staring Katie Lee (among many other popular chefs) on Food Network. Not only does the show provide us with great recipes and tips, hilarious to watch, but the set is beautiful! LG Electronics is the one of the sponsors of the show and has equipped the set with the most state of the art appliances.
They feature a LG Door-in-Door™ Refrigerator that provides multiple organization and storage compartments making it easier than ever to store and find the things your family needs. LG's innovative "door-within-a-door" refrigerator feature that allows quick, easy access to "go to" snacks and beverages in the interior compartment without requiring users to open the entire refrigerator door, and offering families convenient access to their favorite foods. Consumers simply push a button on the door handle to release the magnetic seal to access this compartment. This feature also reduces cold air loss, which helps keep food fresher longer. This refrigerator also integrates the versatile CustomChill™ Drawer, which gives consumers additional refrigerator or freezer space just when they need it. Featuring four different temperature settings, the drawer adapts to users' needs by giving them the flexibility to store a range of foods, from meats to fresh produce, as well as cooking ingredients and cold drinks.
Katie Lee is also using LG's Gas Cooktop and spend less time waiting and more time cooking. The powerful Superboil™ 17,000 BTU Burner brings water and other liquids to a boil quickly. Cooking is simplified with 5 burners, allowing you to have more cooking and warming flexibility.
And finally one of my personal favorite new products is LG's EasyClean™ technology that allows oven cleaning to be performed in minutes, not hours. EasyClean works in three simple steps to achieve a clean, sparkly oven. Being someone that uses her oven daily, this is huge! Simply spray water to the interior walls of the oven, start the EasyClean function to allow the oven to heat up, and after 20 quick minutes, the mess inside the oven can be simply wiped away. This simplified process is possible due to LG's innovative oven enamel technology. The oven heating time required for EasyClean is reduced from hours to minutes, saving both time and energy when compared to self-clean feature. Also, it eliminates the need for harsh chemicals as EasyClean requires only water, and there are no fumes or smells that come along with traditional self-clean. Can you imagine this after Thanksgiving and how much time you would save yourself during the post Thanksgiving clean-up!?!?
These LG Appliances certainly make life good. More space, quick cooking, and easy clean make for more time with family and friends, and cocktails of course!
